Building an Extension Process     

  • Our experienced team will arrange at your property Free Initial discussion and consultation. This will allow us gain understanding of the site, your requirements and project potential and it’s feasibility.

  • Once you are happy and you want to place an order, written contract will be drawn up for your project which will explain responsibility of both parties and set out payment schedule, a deposit will be taken. 
  • Our in-house architect will visit your property and carry detailed survey. He will produce specifications and drawings, once you completely happy with the plans we will move to the next step.      
  • Plans will be submitted on your behalf to the Local Authority for approval; we will monitor progress, and update you. On acceptance of planning consent we will agree building work commencement date.  
  • During the course of construction works. A director of the company acts as a project manager and makes regular visit to the site to monitor progress, safety, cleanliness, adherence to building regulations and quality control.  We understand that most of our customers need to living in their home while the work is happening. We carry the work in the way to cause minimal disruptions.
